My goal is to create dainty, but durable jewelry that you can safely wear day in and day out. However, in the unlikely event of a mistake or error, I am here to help.
I have a 90 day free repair policy for all of LuluCherryJewelry.
Free repairs are covered for 90 days after delivery date, this includes normal use of jewelry.
If your jewelry breaks outside of the guaranteed 90-day repair coverage, I will repair it for a fee of $7 + S&H.
The 90-day repair policy covers the following.
- Manufacturing defects - broken chain, faulty clasp
- Errors/ Missing Item - wrong size received or items missing from order
Not covered under the 90-day repair policy. (Not returnable, no exceptions)
- Items that have been modified or customized by customer or third party
- Accidental damage (including but not limited to washing machine, exposed to chemicals, torn, or lost)
